Job Description
The BIM Modeller will create and manage 3D models for ELV and MEP systems, ensuring project requirements are met and collaborating with design and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models for ELV and MEP systems using BIM software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to create detailed designs.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and specifications.
- Update and maintain project documentation and models.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve design conflicts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling (ELV/MEP).
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of ELV and MEP systems is essential.
