Job Description
The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth within the HVAC sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid Qatar driving license and NOC are mandatory.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Eligibility
- All positions require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- NOC and a valid Qatar driving license are mandatory for Sales Engineers.
