Job Description
The Area Store Manager will oversee and manage multiple high-end cosmetic brand outlets, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across multiple outlets.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate replenishments.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze store performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing high-end cosmetic brand outlets independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in retail management software.
