Job Description:
Kanto Design is seeking a Project Manager – Fit-Out to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor progress throughout the project timeline.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Address any deviations or issues promptly.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and control project costs to avoid budget overruns.
- Approve invoices, manage procurement processes, and negotiate contracts.
5. Reporting:
- Provide updates to senior management and clients on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing fit-out projects.
- A strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Familiarity with CAD tools.
