Job Description:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support sales efforts. This role requires a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience in the Doha market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop sales leads in the mechanical or electrical domain.
- Present and promote products or services to clients, highlighting technical advantages.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to address client needs and deliver solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 to 6 years of sales experience in Doha, with proven knowledge of the local market.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and principles.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
