Job Description:
The Asian Accountant will manage financial records, analyze financial performance, and handle accounting activities for the company. The role also includes managing rentals and providing detailed financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee rental accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team for budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting programs.
- Fluency in English.
