Job Description:
The 10-Ton Forklift Operator will handle heavy-duty forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently and safely at project sites. The role requires strict adherence to safety guidelines and operational standards, particularly in industrial and construction environments.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a 10-ton forklift for loading and unloading materials.
- Transport goods safely within the designated worksite.
- Perform daily inspections of the forklift to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to RLIC regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize work assignments.
- Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Valid RLIC Gate Pass (mandatory).
- Valid Qatar Driving License (minimum of 3 years old).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience operating heavy forklifts (10-ton or similar).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and operational standards for forklifts.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating heavy forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
