Job Description:

The Move Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of relocation services. The role involves managing logistics, liaising with clients, and ensuring a seamless moving experience for individuals and businesses.


Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all aspects of relocation services, including packing, shipping, and delivery.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.
  3. Manage schedules, timelines, and resources for each move.
  4. Work with vendors, drivers, and the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Handle documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations for international and domestic relocations.
  6. Resolve any issues or delays in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Maintain accurate records of moves and prepare status reports for management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  2. 1-2 years of experience in logistics, moving, or coordination roles.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
  4. Familiarity with relocation services and processes is a plus.
