• Job Description:
  Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing budgets for construction and fit-out projects. This role combines the responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor and an Estimation Engineer to ensure project costs align with budgets and specifications.
• Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project requirements and prepare cost estimates.
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
  • Prepare tender documents and review contract terms.
  • Manage budgets and track project costs during execution.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost efficiency.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in tendering and estimation for construction and fit-out projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
