Job Description:
The Revit Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of engineering and architectural projects using Revit software. The role involves close collaboration with design teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models using Revit software for various engineering and architectural projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate models seamlessly.
- Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain project documentation and update models based on design changes.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve any inconsistencies in designs.
- Prepare technical drawings and visual presentations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Revit modeling.
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit software and other CAD tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate models and drawings.
