Job Description:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Rent-A-Car business, ensuring seamless customer service, efficient fleet management, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Rent-A-Car industry and be ready for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and staff coordination.
- Ensure operational efficiency and address any logistical challenges promptly.
Customer Service:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring smooth rental processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
Staff Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of operational staff, including drivers and customer service representatives.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Handle documentation, including contracts, permits, and insurance policies.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, fleet utilization, and revenue metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Rent-A-Car industry in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Nationality: Asian candidates are preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Driving License: Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Visa Status: Must possess a valid QID with a transferable visa.
- Availability: Candidates must be available to join immediately.
