The Sales Executive will represent the brand in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. This role includes maintaining the store’s visual appeal, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s premium fashion products.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized fashion solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest men's fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion retail.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of men's fashion and styling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
