Job Description:
The Techno-Commercial professional will be responsible for the technical and commercial aspects of tyre sales. The role involves providing technical support to customers, managing warranty claims, and handling complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance on automotive tyres.
- Manage customer complaints and warranty claims.
- Oversee the application and use of tyres in various automotive settings.
- Build relationships with customers and address their concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the tyre industry.
- Sound technical knowledge of automotive tyres and their applications.
- Experience handling warranty claims and complaints is a plus.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
Skills:
- Excellent technical and commercial knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and complaints.
