Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with expertise in Mechanical or Electrical systems to join our team. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models to support project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models for mechanical or electrical systems.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate models into project workflows.
• Ensure models comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve clashes within the BIM environment.
• Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
