Job Position: Sales Manager (FMCG Division)

Location: Doha ,  Qatar

Job Description:
The Sales Manager for the FMCG division will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts in Qatar’s key markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing FMCG sales, developing strategies to expand market share, and achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Oversee daily sales operations and ensure performance targets are met.
  4. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
  5. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  7. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and local market regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of Qatar's key markets and FMCG sector.
  4. Valid Qatar residency with a transferable NOC.
