Softech Qatar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales expertise and basic technical knowledge to effectively communicate the company’s IT products and services to clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and managing sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and analyze market trends to optimize sales approaches.
- Present IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Work closely with the technical team to align sales efforts with product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
