Project & Contract Manager

Location: Doha ,  Qatar

Job Description:
The Project & Contract Manager will oversee the entire operations of the construction and fit-out company. The role involves project execution, planning, estimation, contracts, and tendering. The candidate must demonstrate excellent managerial skills and leadership in handling large-scale projects.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of construction and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute project schedules and budgets.
  3. Oversee contracts, tendering, and estimation processes.
  4. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  5. Handle client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
  6. Lead a team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  7. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  8. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and UPDA requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. UPDA Grade “A” certification is mandatory.
  3. Minimum of 20 years of extensive experience in GCC countries.
  4. Proven track record in project execution, estimation, and contract management.

Skills:

  1. Strong managerial and leadership abilities.
  2. Excellent knowledge of construction and fit-out processes.
  3. Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
  4. In-depth understanding of tendering and estimation procedures.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
