Location: Doha , Qatar
Job Description:
The Project & Contract Manager will oversee the entire operations of the construction and fit-out company. The role involves project execution, planning, estimation, contracts, and tendering. The candidate must demonstrate excellent managerial skills and leadership in handling large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee contracts, tendering, and estimation processes.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Handle client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead a team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and UPDA requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- UPDA Grade “A” certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 20 years of extensive experience in GCC countries.
- Proven track record in project execution, estimation, and contract management.
Skills:
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of construction and fit-out processes.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
- In-depth understanding of tendering and estimation procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
