Job Description:
A leading EPC company is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead for Oil & Gas and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, including at least 8 years working as an Engineering Manager. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in Feed Designing are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams for Oil & Gas and construction projects.
- Oversee and coordinate all engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
- Develop and review engineering designs, including Feed Designing (Front-End Engineering Design).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 8 years as an Engineering Manager in oil and gas or construction projects.
- Knowledge of all engineering disciplines and experience in Feed Designing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
