Job Description:

A scaffolding and supplies factory in the New Industrial Area is seeking a highly organized Secretary to manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to support the management team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for company records and documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
