A scaffolding and supplies factory in the New Industrial Area is seeking a highly organized Secretary to manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to support the management team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system for company records and documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure the efficient running of the office and assist with general operational support.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are an advantage.
