Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will estimate and manage costs related to stainless steel fabrication projects to ensure financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide cost control advice.
- Prepare, negotiate, and analyze contracts and financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the fabrication industry.
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
