Job Description:
A leading manufacturing group based in Ras Laffan is seeking an Experienced and Dynamic Leader to oversee the operations of its state-of-the-art engineering facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance environments and in-depth expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, valve repairs, machining processes, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Supervise and optimize machining, valve repair, and electrical/mechanical system operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to achieve organizational goals.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
