Job Description: A reputed company in Qatar is urgently seeking a highly skilled Executive Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial and administrative work, particularly with experience supporting top management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to top management.
  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate office activities and maintain an efficient office environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work experience, or related training.
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary, preferably with reputable companies’ top management.
  • Computer literate with extensive secretarial and clerical work experience.
  • Good understanding of office practices and methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor (middle age preferred).
