Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our FMCG division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key markets, driving sales, and overseeing the growth and success of our FMCG products in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand key markets within the FMCG sector in Qatar.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sales in Qatar.
- Location: Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market in Qatar.
- Ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
