Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will handle cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and bill of quantities.
- Monitor and control project costs to prevent budget overruns.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and financial implications.
- Resolve any disputes related to project costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and cost management software.
Skills:
