Job Description:
BTES Group, a leading MEP company, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow its Interior Fit-Out division. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding the company’s portfolio of clients, generating revenue, and ensuring successful project execution with the support of the existing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the Interior Fit-Out client base in Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Interior Fit-Out sector.
- Collaborate with the existing team to execute projects efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure project profitability through effective planning and management.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the Interior Fit-Out or MEP industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong client base and established network in Qatar.
- Excellent understanding of project execution and revenue generation strategies.
