Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Seafood Trading Manager to lead our sales operations for imported frozen seafood. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales to hotels, hypermarkets, and other key clients, while driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for frozen seafood products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hotels, hypermarkets, and retailers.
- Identify market opportunities and expand the client base within Qatar.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and trading, preferably in the seafood or FMCG industry.
- Strong client base in Qatar, with established connections in hotels, hypermarkets, and other channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Qatar.
