Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler specializing in Architectural designs. The candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing BIM models that align with project specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models for architectural designs using BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate model integration.
• Perform model reviews to maintain compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate design changes and updates across all project phases.
• Generate 2D drawings from 3D models for documentation and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
