Job Description:
Lead and manage refractory teams for installation and repair tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assign and monitor daily tasks.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Report progress to supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas field.
- NOC to transfer sponsorship is mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Hands-on expertise in refractory systems.
