Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration & Visa Consultant Officer to assist clients in the application and processing of work, tourist, and business visas for Europe, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in visa consultancy and demonstrate excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and guidance to clients regarding visa requirements and processes.
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications.
- Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and changes in visa requirements for various countries.
- Address client queries and provide professional support throughout the visa process.
- Manage a database of client information and application progress.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consultation and processing.
- Knowledge of visa procedures for Europe, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Bengali is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa application software is an advantage.
