Job Description:
The QA/QC Manager will oversee all quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet company and client expectations. This role involves developing QA/QC plans, conducting audits, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor and manage project documentation related to quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to address quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC management in the MEP or construction industry.
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in documentation and audit processes.
