Job Description:
The Auto Mechanic Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the car service center, manage a team of technicians, and ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of auto mechanics and technicians.
- Inspect and approve repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Manage customer interactions and address service concerns.
- Maintain records of work performed and inventory used.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, and English.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
