Job Description:
The Hotel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with new business prospects.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and meetings.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Can join immediately.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Other Requirements:
- Any nationality (preferably Indian, Filipino, Nepali, or Sri Lankan).
- Driving license is not mandatory.
