Job Description:

Arab Click is urgently hiring Lead Technicians for an Ooredoo Installation Project. The successful candidates will lead and assist with the installation and maintenance of Ooredoo’s systems and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation and maintenance of Ooredoo systems and equipment.
• Supervise a team of technicians, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on-site.
• Ensure all installations comply with Ooredoo’s standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and report on project progress.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, specifically in telecom or system installation.
• A valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
• Previous experience with Ooredoo installations is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow and enforce safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
