Job Description:

The Landscape Supervisor/Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing landscaping projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and on schedule. The supervisor will also manage a team of workers and coordinate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the landscaping team.
• Plan and execute landscaping tasks, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Monitor work quality and ensure safety standards are met.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with clients and report progress to management.
• Train and guide team members on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of landscaping design and construction techniques.
• Valid work visa and NOC (if applicable).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape designs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in landscaping work.
