Job Description:

The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that products are correctly displayed, priced, and stocked in retail outlets, supporting sales objectives and enhancing the shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and display merchandise to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Implement promotional campaigns as per company guidelines.
• Gather and report market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards.
• Maintain good relationships with store personnel and customers.

Qualifications:

• Male candidates of Indian or Sri Lankan nationality.
• Valid motorbike license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising is preferred.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising principles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
