Perform civil maintenance and repair works, including masonry, carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general civil works, such as repairing walls, flooring, and plumbing systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safe handling of tools and materials.
- Assist in major repair or construction projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant trade certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil maintenance.
