Procurement Officer

Job Description:

• Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing
• Negotiate with suppliers and maintain vendor relationships
• Oversee the ordering and inventory management of materials
• Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure building materials, equipment, and services
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material needs
• Handle contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• CPSM/CPP certification preferred

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes in the building materials sector
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
