Job Description:

Oversee the estimation and tendering process for construction and fit-out projects
Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
Prepare and manage tender submissions
Review and negotiate contracts
Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding estimates and costs

Responsibilities:

Develop and review cost estimates for tendering and project planning
Provide cost control and management during the project's lifecycle
Collaborate with the project team to ensure all aspects of the project are accounted for in the estimates
Attend meetings with clients to discuss and negotiate terms
Monitor and evaluate cost performance against budgets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in tendering and estimation for construction & fit-out projects
At least 2 years of experience quoting for Government projects, with at least one project awarded

Skills:

Strong knowledge of tendering and estimation processes
Experience working with large-scale projects in the construction and fit-out industry
Ability to manage project costs and budget
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
