Job Description:

The Waitress will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
• QID and NOC are mandatory.
• Food handling certification is required.
• Hotel or fine dining experience is a plus.
