Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high-quality service, and achieving customer satisfaction. The role includes managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and supervision.
- Monitor service quality to ensure a premium dining experience for guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Oversee inventory, supply orders, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Italian cuisine.
- QID and NOC are mandatory.
- Food handling certification is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Prior hotel or professional kitchen experience is a plus.
