Job Description:
The Training Manager will oversee the development and implementation of training programs for the organization. This role requires working closely with various departments to identify training needs and deliver effective sessions to ensure employees meet the company's quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Evaluate and improve existing training materials.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and propose training solutions.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Experience in the Facility Management or Hospitality sectors is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
