Job Description:

The Project Associate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in planning and executing projects.
• Track project progress and report on milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and listening).
• Experience in the Facility Management or Hospitality sectors is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
