Job Description:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery in both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves team management, process optimization, and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
• Foster strong client relationships in both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.

Qualifications:
