Job Description:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery in both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves team management, process optimization, and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements in operational efficiency.
- Foster strong client relationships in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management in Qatar.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in business operations software and tools.
- Knowledge of the Qatari market and business environment.
