Job Description:
Responsible for cost estimation, budget management, and contractual matters related to mechanical engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities.
- Analyze and negotiate project costs with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
