Job Description:
Manage and supervise scaffolding erection, dismantling, and inspection processes, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scaffold installation and safety checks.
- Train workers on proper scaffolding practices.
- Inspect scaffolding materials and structures.
Qualifications:
- Certification in scaffolding supervision.
- 5+ years of experience in construction projects.
Skills:
- Knowledge of scaffolding standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
