Job Description:
Ideal Indian School is looking for female conductors to assist in the safe and organized transportation of students. The position offers flexible working hours, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and discipline of students during boarding, travel, and disembarkation.
- Assist students in finding their seats and maintaining order inside the bus.
- Communicate effectively with the driver and school administration as needed.
- Monitor students for adherence to safety guidelines throughout the journey.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates aged between 20 to 40 years.
- Must hold a valid visa and be ready to join immediately.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate fluently in Malayalam, English, or Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with children and staff.
