Location: Doha , Qatar
Job Description:
Provide expert legal guidance on corporate, labor, and commercial law matters. Represent the company in legal cases and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Advise management on legal issues related to corporate, labor, and commercial laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Handle disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in legal cases.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
