Job Description:
Provide medical care and oversee the occupational health and safety of employees within the company. Ensure compliance with Qatar health regulations and offer medical advice to enhance workplace well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical consultations and health assessments for employees.
- Develop and implement occupational health policies and programs.
- Manage medical emergencies within the workplace.
- Maintain accurate medical records in line with confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with management on workplace health initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent).
- Valid QCHP license to practice in Qatar.
- Experience in occupational health is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
