Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Female) to assist customers and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide product and service information.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
