Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mall Manager to oversee the operations and management of a shopping mall or commercial space. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing malls, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the shopping mall, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Handle leasing processes, including tenant selection, agreements, and renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee maintenance, security, and facility management teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
